Challenges will vary each cycle; however, it’s an opportunity to focus on levelling up themselves in the following areas - i.e., Weight Release, Push-Ups, Skipping, Walking Challenge, etc.

Challenge runs from April 1st, 2024 - June 30, 2024

In consideration of your participation in the 100 Strong & Sexy Transformation Challenge, events and related activities, all participants are required to complete a participant consent, release and non-disclosure form.

Memberships, challenges, programs and add-ons are subject to approval and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
